The Great Grape Crush is Friday, September 17 At Beer & Wine at Home in
Westminster 1325 W 121st Ave
You can
1. Come down and see how it is done (as much fun as watching I Love
Lucy);
or
2. Purchase grapes and let us show you how to process them into wine (As
much fun as being Lucy)
Option 1. requires that you come down and have some fun
Option 2. requires
1. Ordering and prepaying in person at Beer and Wine at Home by 9/5 at 5
pm
2. Being here on Friday 9/17 (before 5) to either crush with us or
remove the grapes.
3. Because we do not have refrigeration, grapes ordered that are not
picked up by 5 pm on 9/17 will be re-allocated or disposed of. No
refunds.
All grapes are packed in flats consisting of 36-40#. (Figure on ~15# per
gallon of wine) All grapes are $32.00 per flat

Sauvignon Blanc
We will have crushers, stemmers, presses avaialble for your use for
free.
We will have all yeast chemical and testing available for purchase as
well as a good supply of fermentation bins and carboys.
