For Vallentines Day Weekend we have a wonderful, simple dinner plan. PRIME Filet Mignon and a glass of our Best Cabernet Sauvignon ever - 2002 Cabernet Franc. (note: 2002 Cabernet Franc is available as a 'future' in 500 ml bottles at $95 each, to be released November 2006. This wine will not be released to the general public, and retail will be $200 per bottle to members after November 2006.) After enjoying your Filet and 2002 Franc, you will enjoy a glass of dessert cabernet franc with a wonderful creamy rich chocolate mousse. Our tasting room is heated, cozy and warm.
