September 21, 2004 at 4 pm CST--- My old college friend Mike (PapaBeat) and I will be crushing / destemming 300lbs of Chambourcin grapes in my garage. We'll be renting a crusher / destemmer from Dave's HomeBrew in Belleville, IL.
We're picking up the chambourcin just outside of Freeburg, IL. I posted in the classifieds section how to contact them if you're interested inthe grapes.
I'll be running a camera out to the shed before we start, so check in if you're still at work, or if you have time. I'm looking forward to using a mechanical electric crusher / destemmer.
