i was wondering if there was a place i could post a project that allow me to document it from beginning to full working or vining status. im part of a motorcycle forum and we have an area called the project shop where we talk about the bike and where we want to go with it and other forum members put in thier input, i think it would be cool if we could have a place like that here for the vineyard

September 21, 2004 at 4 pm CST--- My old college friend Mike (PapaBeat) and I will be crushing / destemming 300lbs of Chambourcin grapes in my garage. We'll be renting a crusher / destemmer from Dave's HomeBrew in Belleville, IL. We're picking up the chambourcin just outside of Freeburg, IL. I posted in the classifieds section how to contact them if you're interested inthe grapes. I'll be running a camera out to the shed before we start, so check in if you're still at work, or if you have time. I'm looking forward to using a mechanical electric crusher / destemmer. We will be racking 48 gallons of various wines March 20th, 7pm central standard time. Be sure to check out the live cellar cam while we do this.
