Yipppeeeee,

I was the 1st download. luxhello.gif

Thanks so much Martina for contributing your time and effort into this. Also thanks to all that submitted your recipes. Being a newbie to this craft, this will be extremely valuable to me.

I can't wait to actually submit one of my own someday.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you

"I'll shall drink no wine before it's time" Now that's just plain silly IMO!

"Good wine is a good familiar creature if it be well used"
William Shakespeare

"If God forbade drinking, would He have made wine so good"
Cardinal Richeleu

"Drink wine, and you will sleep well. Sleep, and you will not sin. Avoid sin, and you will be saved. Ergo, drink wine and be saved"
Medieval German Saying

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback! I really appreciate it.

Like I've written to everyone so far, it really was a lot of fun putting it together.

There were bound to be mistakes, even after reading over the book a few times, and thanks to all who have made me aware of them - keep it coming! The next version will be minus these mistakes, and it will be even better, I am sure. smile.gif

Again, these recipes are YOURS. If you see something you don't like, don't hesitate to tell me. I have entered them into the book as they were written by the author. Some are more indepth than others, I know. That is why I have included the "Nickname" of the person who wrote/posted it.

Thanks again, everyone!

M.

KUDOS, Martina and Joel
This is the kind of thing that makes this site great. Not only have I downloaded, I am emailing to future winemaker friends and family who are in various stages of getting started on this great hobby. I assume a bound copy with updated recipes will be available at the next WineFest (with printing and material costs added to the cost of registration), including pictures of the recipe donors? Well done all around luxhello.gif luxhello.gif luxhello.gif smileytoast.gif smileycheers.gif
