We have a small vineyard and are thinking about starting a wine club where members could come here, pick grapes and make a barrel of their own wine. WE would like them to be able to store their wine here until after bottling. My concern is the federal regulation that a couple can only produce 200 gallons per year. Does anyone know how this issue is handled? Would I need a winery license, etc?
