That's great, there is a club in Rochester. I would like to get more information on when and where the next meeting will be.

I've been to Rochester, MN. I bought a Featherlite all aluminum enclosed snowmobile trailer there once. Beautiful country you all have up there.

Yeah, it's pretty nice here except for the fact that Olmsted County (the Rochester resides in) is the only county in the state without a non-man-made lake.

If you guys ever meet on a weekend... let me know. 4~ hour drive is way to hard for me just to play with wine
I would love to visit the Canon creek winery again though along the way, I think they are just north of you.

Yeah, there's also two wineries that will be opening up here next spring in Rochester. I have driven through Cannon Falls hundreds of times, but never stopped at the winery. The plan was to do that last weekend on our way home, but the wife put the kabosh on that idea.

The cannon falls winery had just opened about 2 years ago when I went there... They had hired a wine maker from somewhere in south america. He went to UC davis for schooling, even though he was 3rd generation. They hired him for a year, but not sure if he ever stayed on... the guy took me on a 2 hour tour and taught me priceless information, even though we never left the small building.
Let me know how it is when you visit... i'd love to go back.
