What in your opinion is the best Merlot kit available? Its the one variety that I've never really been happy with kit-wise.

CC Showcase Yakima Merlot doesn't suck, either.

The wine club I belong to did a blind taste comparison of about 5 different top end Merot's not to long ago, and the Cellar Craft Yakima Merlot came up on top. Second place was a Cellar Craft Limited Edition Red Mountain Merlot, but that's no longer available.

I've only sampled my buddy's WE Stag's Leap Merlot ... a very nice wine.
