It took a while to plan and install, but my new home winery is finally finished.

In the inimitable words of the A-Team's "Hannibal" Smith, "I love it when a plan comes together!"

Very nice, Ed. Should be a great place to enjoy your hobby.

Thanks guys! As you might expect, it all started out in a little corner of the basement, then it got out of hand...

Great looking place, Ed! smileytoast.gif

I'm very interested in the exact functioning, and how you built (think, "Gadget Building For Dummies" and I'm your target audience) the variable speed pump assembly (the one with the argon tank under it).

Oh......you just THINK it is finished. Better to call this the 'really cool phase one winery.' LOL

Bret,
This link will give you more details regarding the variable speed pump and the Argon tank;
http://www.woodswine...n-gas-cart.html

Matt,
When I visited your vineyard and winery, the epoxy floor in your crushpad (garage) inspired me to do the same in my winery. You have a beautiful home winery, but a nice big SS sink would sure be a nice addition. If you frequently check Craigslist, you will eventually find a great deal. By the way, I found that nice SS table with casters on Craigslist in Columbus, and had my son pick it up for me ($100).

Alan,
You are correct; I never should have been so presumptuous to say that the winery is finished. I'm already thinking of how I can improve my wine lab setup.

Thanks all, for checking out my new home winery!

Outstanding!!! I could spend a lot of time there. I've been searching for two months for a sink like that. None have popped up on CL around here. I think I have to go about 250 miles down the road to the "big city" to find one.
