How can I set the "Last Active" bar in my profile to "Private"?

I'm not aware of a way to do that. Perhaps another mod or admin will chime in.

Hiding last active date is not a user-selectable function, post date is used in a number of different queries for the forum. there are a number of variables that can be toggled in user profile but that is not one of them unfortunately.

Weird. I know of at least one user who has done so. No big deal, I would have changed it if it was easy. Thanks rawlus.

Actually, there really isn't a "setting" for this. But you can log onto the forum anonymously, and once you do that, it will show your last activity as "private."

I think that's what you're referring to.

Right, anonymous/hidden login can simulate what you're looking for. Good catch NW!
