Was wondering if anyone out there has used "white chocolate" (I know it is not a true chocolate) in their wine making?
If so, please provide the details....what type of wine did you make, how did it turn out, how long did you allow your wine to age, and most importantly: what white chocolate did you use?

~Sara~ Made 71.5 gallons of wine in 2011--my first year in winemaking & I loved every minute of it!!
