About a year ago I started a topic here asking if there was any interest in forming an Elmira, Corning, Ithaca winemaking club.
I got one response, and it was a suggestion for where we might meet, but I got exactly ZERO responses indicating any interest in forming a club.
So I'm trying again, but with an eye towards a bigger area. It is hard for me to believe that with the business that Fulkerson does, and the business Fallbright does, that there aren't a handful of people at least who would like to get together a couple of times a year to talk, to taste each other's wines, and maybe discuss if there would be an interest in combining efforts towards getting some West Coast grapes out here.
anyone?
PM me if you are interested.
Thanks,
DanL

Please don't look at the number of posts I've made and assume I know anything. Most of those posts were me asking stupid questions.

Dan!
Any Luck since posting this? Been talking to a few guys at the local homebrew shop about getting a group together to do some beer and wine tastings and teach/learn different techniques/styles, etc. They seem to think the Binghamton area may have a good sized group of people interested. I'll keep you posted with what we find!
