Ph Reading For Blackberry Wine

I purchased a ph meter and started gathering some data. I check my Blackberry and the ph is 3.23 and my bronze muscadine is 3.58. I think the ph is OK on the Blackberry but not sure about the bronze muscadine. It seems high based on my red wine experience. Anyone have a suggestion?

We like to bring our blackberry to around 3.4 It can be kind of bitey at 3.2 Depends on how much acid you like in this wine.
