OK, I placed the order and there's no place to enter the promo code. I guess I'm stuck paying full price + your shipping is astronomical.

Steve, this has almost tripped me up before, too. To enter the promo code, go to the shopping cart page BEFORE you checkout. There is a box there to enter it.

I did the same and got a very nice apology email and the discount credited to my card. I usually avoid shipping costs by shopping locally, but I worry about the freshness of some things.
