This may have been covered - I looked but didn't see any topics - but I'm looking at going commercial and have several questions about various kinds of bonds, requirements for each type, pros/cons w/ running a winery in leased properties and legal ramifications, etc.

Who have you worked with who you really liked? How about firms you really didn't like too well?

I'm definitely wanting to outsource this, as "life's too short" to weed thru this all myself.

I live up in "north state" in California, so someone in Napa or Sonoma is fine, or someone at UC Davis would work...
