We are located in Warrenton, Missouri. Warrenton is about 55 miles west/northwest of St. Louis along Interstate 70.
Those of you that are interested in Norton grapes, you can come out and start picking Saturday, October 2nd. This will be from 8AM until noon Saturday only. We are charging $.50 a pound you pick and an addtional $.10 a pound crushed and destemmed. I will provide the numbers (brix, pH and TA) Saturday morning.
You will need pruning shears along with containers to hold the grapes.
Directions to the vineyard:
The vineyard is located at 20054 Shady Tree Ln in Warrenton, MO. To get there from Interstate 70, exit 193, go north on Highway 47 for 5.2 miles. Turn left on Powerline Road. You will see a Power Substation on the corner. Go straight on Powerline Road. Powerline Road will curve to the right after about 1/2 mile. Do not take the curve but stay straight. There will be a cornfield on your left and right. Make the first left you come to and go down the drive for about 1/2 mile.

Hi Bob,
I'm guessing that all the grapes are harvested, but please let us know if anythin else is available.
I'll be in that area Saturday, as I'm going to co-host a radio show at the Westplex 100.7 Kelly Lamm's Deliciously Alive sho... 10:30-11:30 talking about winemaking.
Cheers,
Joel

Yea, we will probably have Traminette, Vignoles, Chambourcin, Catawba and Norton available. Are you offering any this fall?
A little too early to tell with the hot weather and lack of rain.
But I will let you know.
