Breezy Hill Organic Apple Juice $3 Per/Gallon - Maple Lake, MN

Hi guys,

I have no direct affiliation with Breezy Hill Organic Orchards but am buying apple juice from them this fall for some apple wine. We met them through some friends of ours and my wife and I stopped by the orchard/farm about 2 weeks ago to check it out. We talked to them for some time and they were wondering if there was any demand for raw, fresh-press organic apple juice in the wine and home-brew community. They seem like wonderful people so I offered to post info online to put the word out. I will try to get info on the variety of apples that will be pressed this fall.

I did test frozen juice they had on hand from last year that they gave us: TA .75%, Brix 12. Nice tannin.

Basic Info From Flyer:

$3 per gallon, must prepay and pick up the day of the press.

Pre-orders only. Local pick up at the farm. They will take orders until Sept 30th. Bring your buckets and fermenters. Press will be the 3rd or 4th weekend in October. Call for details and to make arrangements:
