I have recently tasted a muscodine/peach wine at a locol winery and it was very good. Does any body have a receipe handy that would make this. I was thinking maybe 5 gal muscodine juice and about 2 lb/gal for the peach and start about 1.100.

Hey bud! Been a while.
Just remember that peach flavor is faint. It is not a dominating flavor. I would plan accordingly. I have never done a peach and muscadine wine, but I now want to. I will be watching this post religiously to see how it goes.

I have not had sufficient success with peaches to justify reducing muscadine with it. Muscadine is far better than peach, why dilute such intense a fruit with a mediocre one. JMHO

I was given a large crate of peaches today, been making jam all night. smileytoast.gif
This is too good.....
