I was wondering if anyone has made a Marquette wine before. If so, what yeast strains did you select and what was the outcome? What characteristics did it give to the wine?

I don't have a direct answer, as my Marquettes are still babies, but here's a site that gives a hint or two: http://www.grapes.um...te/enology.html

Here's another page (scroll down and there's a brief mention of yeast strain selections): http://www.grapes.um...html#question12 -Bret
