The newest one is a Blueberry that modifies Jack Keller's recipe to use welch's concentrate instead of raisins (I didn't like the brandy-like influence, but it made a great sangria!) This one was just started Sunday and the color is a magnificent deep purple ink. The blueberries were purchased at a local farmer's market and were up to the size of a nickel (I weighed one at 5.3 grams!) They were firm and had little juice when squished, and high in sugar measuring 13 brix. I had to tone back on the sugar and welch's to make this 6g batch:

Prior to that is 6g of strawberry made from berries we picked at a pick-your-own (another Jack recipe). This is starting to clear and has a beautiful color (the flash lightened the picture):

And Jack's Key-Lime-A-Rita sounded wonderful so I started a 4g batch (2 bags of key limes). I definitely need a hand juicer/press to do this again.

And the first one I started was a Lilac wine (2.5g) from lilacs in my front yard. Right now it has a bit of sulfur on the nose so I cannot smell the lilacs. I am hoping that it comes back. It also isn't clearing yet but I'm giving it lots of time:

Next up - maybe one of those jam wines. Perhaps a raspberry? Peaches? Who knows!
