I ran across a friend that offered about 5 gallons of muscadines from his freezer from last year's crop. They were frozen whole and in ziplock bags, but not vacuum packed. I normally freeze my grapes as I pick them until the end of the season, when I have enough to make a 6 gallon batch of wine. Thinking of using the year-old muscadines for a little early season batch. Has anyone used fresh grapes frozen for over a year?

Thanks.

Take them before he changes his mind! unsure.gif I always use them frozen and still have some of last years harvest in the freezer. Might make a small batch of sparkling with them.

thanks for the advice! I got them last night!
Looks like I'll have a bumper crop this year on my vines, so I guess I should start adding to my 200+ empty bottle stash!
