What kind of fermenter is that in the last photo in your first post; the one where you are pouring into it from the bucket? How many gallons?

It is a 52 gallon fermentor I put the wine in right after I press for 3 days to let the gross lees settle, then into demi-johns to go through mf and then into the barrels.

Thanks, mg1. I'm a noob, so forgive the clarifying questions. Do I understand that you add wine and pitch yeast and do three days of primary fermentation in the 52 gallon vessel, then transfer to demijohn for completion of fermentation, then transfer to barrel? Where does MLF occur? In demijohn or in barrel?

I first fermented for one week in 44 gallon food grade garbage cans then pressed added the wine to the 52 gallon fermentor for 3 days then racked off into demi-johns.
