After digging around a bit, I found this site which outlines what you need to do from a Federal point of view.

Thought folks may be interested.

Thanks for all the information. In the back of my mind I've wondered what to do to get started as a winery. It's good to know that maybe someday I have some options.

Ageing:
10 g. Mulbery and 10 g. Muscadine
Fermenting:
5 g. Strawberry
