Just a couple month away for the big move. It looks like it is just you and I?

I'm in Springfield. 140 Pinot Noir vines. First year production (estimated 8-12 gallons). I have overview understanding of wine making process.

Good people. Biggest problem for us is meetings are generally in Salem area and on Saturdays, which don't work for me during the spring/summer gardening season.

My wife and I have 320 vines in Cheshire. Most are second year growth. It looks like we will be getting some grapes next year. We have not made wine from grapes before, only kits, but we're are starting to read up on it. We might buy some grapes this year to get started.
I feel the same way as BeerBudget, Saturdays are pretty precious during the gardening season.
Cheers,
Tom
