Be sure to plan on an extra day to visit the Baltimore Inner Harbor.   I took these pictures while walking around, and didn't have time to go thru the aquarium or science center.   It will be well worth your time, and be sure to bring a camera with plenty of film or memory, also bring your appetite.  There are plenty of places to eat too.
